This policy applies only to fees paid directly to SyrWing for coordination, handling, or administrative services.

All product-related returns, exchanges, or refunds are governed by the policies of:

  • The original seller or merchant

  • The licensed third-party carrier selected by the client


2. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)

Fees paid to SyrWing for coordination, handling, or administrative services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

  • The requested coordination service was not performed at all, due solely to an error on our part.


3. Product Returns & Exchanges

SyrWing does not accept product returns or exchanges.

All return or exchange requests must be directed to:

  • The original seller or supplier

  • The shipping carrier responsible for transportation

SyrWing may, upon request, assist administratively by providing information or coordination support, without assuming liability.


4. Temporary Receiving Address

Any address provided by SyrWing is a temporary receiving address for coordination purposes only.

Packages received at this address:

  • Are not considered sold, owned, or shipped by SyrWing

  • Are not eligible for returns, inspections, or exchanges through SyrWing

  • Are forwarded or coordinated solely based on client instructions


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees charged by third-party carriers are:

  • Determined by the carrier

  • Paid directly or indirectly by the client

  • Non-refundable through SyrWing

Any disputes regarding shipping costs must be resolved directly with the selected carrier.


6. Liability Disclaimer

SyrWing is not responsible for:

  • Product quality, defects, or authenticity

  • Damage or loss during transportation

  • Carrier delays or service failures

  • Seller refund or return decisions
