SyrWing:

  • Does not transport goods

  • Does not sell products

  • Does not provide warranties or guarantees regarding goods

All shipping and transportation services are performed exclusively by licensed third-party carriers selected by the client.

3. Temporary Address in Turkey

SyrWing may provide a temporary receiving address in Turkey for coordination purposes only.

  • Packages received at this address are handled solely based on client instructions.

  • SyrWing does not assume ownership, custody, or responsibility for stored goods.

  • Storage is temporary and not guaranteed.

  • SyrWing is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or customs-related issues.

4. Order Coordination Services

At the client’s request, SyrWing may assist with:

  • Coordinating orders placed by the client

  • Communicating with sellers or carriers

  • Providing administrative support related to shipping arrangements

SyrWing does not verify product authenticity, quality, compliance, or suitability.

5. “Buy for Me” Assistance (Administrative Only)

If requested, SyrWing may assist in placing an order on behalf of the client as an administrative convenience only.

  • SyrWing does not act as a merchant or seller.

  • All purchases are made at the client’s sole risk.

  • SyrWing does not inspect, test, or guarantee products.

  • Any disputes regarding products must be resolved between the client and the original seller.

6. Carrier Selection & Shipping

  • The shipping carrier is selected by the client.

  • Shipping terms, costs, transit times, and liabilities are determined by the carrier.

  • SyrWing bears no responsibility for carrier performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyrWing shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to goods

  • Delays, customs holds, or seizures

  • Product defects or misrepresentations

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SyrWing from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your interactions with sellers or carriers

9. Severability
